Slumber Party Was a Hit

Solstice had a group of friends over for a b-day/slumber party the other night. A lesser man would have caved due to the constant giggling, but I was strong & maintained my composure as they ate pizza, cake & ice cream, watched movies & played games. They we're up late, but all the girls had a blast. It was a win-win for me too beecause, not only did Solstice & her friends have a great time, but I got my house cleaned ahead of time in a way that only happens before parties. We scrubbed walls, rearranged bedrooms, & cleaned the basement. It's AWESOME! Also, big thanks to the girls' parents who let them come & to my mom who was here to help w/ the festivities.
